Contractor showed up on time he was very helpful, explained what was happening fixed problem. that was about 2 weeks ago. Starting to have no flush issues again

We found a leak in the furnace area. My husband put in a claim to American Home Shield online. They booked an appointment with us. K&J came out to repair the leak. They were fine. They found out that we had a leak in a pump that's tied to the furnace and they had to replace it. There were two of them and they went ahead and took care of that. They also gave us a lot of information about the furnace. It was a good experience. We were very pleased.
There was a drip leg on the furnace and it was clogged where the discharge was. I submitted the claim to American Home Shield and they were prompt. Within 24 to 48 hours, somebody calls you to give you a service person and they respond to set up a schedule for when they come out. It’s quick and dependable. The technician blew a high-pressure air through it and cleaned it out. He was professional and knew what he was doing. He saw the problem right away and it didn’t take him long. He wasn’t here more than 30 minutes.
