The repairman was great! He was on time and practiced social distancing in our home. He was very kind and repaired what was needed repairing. The only issues I had with the entire situation was the initial contact with AHS office. I was placed on hold once for a long time and I eventually hung up the call. The next morning I was able to get through to an operator relatively easy.

A&E from Sears was fantastic, professional, knowledgeable and they had what they needed. They would get approval on the spot, set up the next appointment and order the stuff. They were very different than some of the other appliance people we’ve had over the past years. So, I would request them first and get them out for any appliance issue with any of our properties.
