Great, great, great. They respond very fast and within minutes you're connected to the repair company.
Having a home warranty insurance is very important for me and it's something to have in case something goes wrong and I need a type of insurance. I had an appliance claim with Home Shield and it went great. The tech came out, checked everything out and said it'd be a few days for the part. Then he came back the following week, installed the part and everything was fine. It has been a very easy process and Home Shield has been very easy to deal with.
Everything is fine except every month I get a past due notice when my bill is auto paid every month
The sewer line had clogged. We just moved in the house about three weeks ago. We were just four days into our warranty when it happened. I'm impressed with American Home Shield. I like it. My wife did a claim over the phone and they sent Mr. Rooter the afternoon the next day. They were quick. The tech ran a snake in, and it took him about every bit of five minutes to get it cleaned.
