When submitting claims, all I do is call the number and tell AHS what the problem is with what appliance. They get right on it and they call me back or the person they contacted and say that they'll be here between 9:00 and 12:00. Then they were here by 11:30 the same day. It was fantastic. I have been happy with the services provided when I have requested a repair
Mason's Plumbing did a very good job. The plumber who came out was very thorough and he took care of the leak. He also explained what all happened to us. I wore a mask and I kept social distancing with him when he was working in the house, and I was very pleased with them. We still have another company coming out tomorrow because there was some drywall damaged from the leak. Submitting the claim process was fine. American Home Shield sent a contractor for the icemaker. They put a new part just like they did with the garbage disposal. They were able to fix the garbage disposal the same day. With the icemaker for the freezer, we had to wait a week for the part. The technicians were all great. They were very polite and covered up 100% with masks, gloves and covering for the shoes. We like American Home Shield's customer service. They are very prompt on everything. We love it.
Quick response, quick to approve a service company and approve their assessment of the work needed done.
Integrity Air Conditioning did a great job. They came out and replaced the compressor. They put Freon in, but they forgot to fix the leak. So, a week later, it stopped working again. But, they came right back out and fixed the leak. It has been working great ever since. The guys were good with the precautions they took. I had American Home Shield before way back when I had a condo in Tennessee, and that was why I chose them again. Submitting a claim process with them has been great.

My air conditioner wasn't cooling one time and I submitted a claim online to American Home Shield. Their system said to expect their contractor within 24 hours. Service One Air, Inc. came out and provided service. Everything has been working fine since then.
