Whenever I have put in a work order the contractor within a days time is at my house.

I’ve had three instances where I used this service. The local service provider assigned was excellent. All three repairs were resolved to my satisfaction, in a timely fashion and in accordance with my contract.

AHS has been responsive to my needs. They were very good at following up on requests when there was a difficulty with a vendor.

There is several down falls i find in this company. They don't take compliants very well nothing is done about it. Very very very very hard toget thru. Not caring to see if the contractors did what they were to do. Not hiring the best contractors for the job. List goes on on.
They found the problem with the air conditioner and had it fixed in a very short time.

They are okay. One big problem is they raise the rates on you every year. Some of the companies they use to service your area aren’t all A+ ratings . It’s great when you need it and your issue gets fixed.
