My washer sounded like a jet taking off when it spins. Went online to ahs. Chris's appliance for it fixed in no time..I highly recommend Chris's Appliance. He is fast polite professional.
We had a toilet wax seal broken and I had done this before to a point. But when I realized it was beyond my level because the floor was messed up, I got online with AHS and had a technician come out the next day. He had to jack up the pieces off the floor, install a lifter kit, and offered some other things. Apparently, when they redid the house, they did not do it correctly. Submitting my claim to American Home Shield for my washing machine was really easy compared to other times that I have submitted. I was able to speak to a live person first. Their contractor, Jaminos Appliance Repair LLC came to service my washing machine. However, the tech left because he couldn't fix it. He took off pieces of the washing machine, evaluated and left quickly. He was with a mask, gloves and shoe shields. I submitted a claim to American Home Shield for an appliance issue and their techs from Joe's Expert Touch came out. There was a problem with a switch and they fixed it. They did their job and were out of my hair. Things were done to my satisfaction. I've been with AHS for the better part of 20 years and when I have problems, they take care of it within a day or two. I'm a happy camper.
American Home Shield sent Upland Pool Service to fix the heater. They were pretty quick. They came within two days after I submitted the claim, and were very knowledgeable. They knew what they were doing. I've had two claims with AHS so far and it's been pretty good.
Having AHS helps us run our home efficiently. We filed a claim for our thermostat when it was getting too cold and they sent Sevier Climate Control. They were excellent and the unit has been doing good after the service.
On line service request was easy and resulted in a quick appointment with the vendor! Very pleased with level of response.
Our first 100-degree day was coming up here in the Coachella Valley. So I swapped out our filters and tested the system. And the fan unit up in the attic was really loud, so I knew there was a problem. So, I made the call. We had an issue where the air conditioner was not sending cool air to the vent. Submitting the claim to American Home Shield was very quick. I have been with them for a couple of years now and it has been much quicker. It is also quicker to do it online than to dial through and get somebody.
