I love the coverage, but many times it is very slow getting service.
Coverage is good. Customer Support communication is slow, not proactive, and it takes 30+ minutes to get someone on the phone..
Always seem to have to wait days for parts
They are the best! Very attentive to my phone calls and concerns. I receive repair man out here immediately and if it had to be repaired or replaced it was taken care of! I would highly recommend them to everyone!
