Excellent subcontractors assigned to the repairs. Service trips and parts ordering were quick. Good communications throughout.

I was not satisfied with cash payment amount for refridge. It was stated that this was their cost and not a retail cost even though they could not provide one out of their stock.
They were prompt in fixing our problem and very professional.

It has been what I was lead to believe it would be. No hidden agendas, no "fine print" falsehoods. I've used the service 3-4 times and have been satisfied for the most part.
