My toilet wasn't flushing much. The process of submitting a claim was easy. I usually do it online. Bryant’s Plumbing had to replace something in the toilet that made it flush right. Then I had a problem with my shower faucet. I could hardly pull the faucet out and they fixed that, too. The guy was great. Everything is fine and working much better now.
We've been with American Home Shield for about seven months. We had it years ago on another property too. We like the fix and it was really easy. Once we put in a claim for something to be fixed, it was within the next couple of days that they had a contractor out here to get the work done. It was really simple to use. When I recommend American Home Shield, I use my own story and tell people what was going on and how much I pay. People always feel they don't want to pay that much money, but I tell them what I was able to get out of it in the long run. Recently, D & G Garage Doors came to correct the problem and it was good. The guy from GE Appliances who came out for the final time troubleshot the microwave, went out to his truck, got a new part, stuck it in there, tested it out, and it worked perfectly. We haven't had any trouble since then. He spent around 45 minutes here. He was very professional and did an excellent job. Other contractors may know how to work on a GE in a manner. We have an inground pool here and the pump was starting to work only intermittently and failing. It would be pumping dry air instead of water and that was not the case when we moved into the house. It was a major source of stress for us that that was not working properly. We were worried that it would cause greater damage. When we first moved into this house back in 2016, our Realtor gave AHS to us as a moving gift. Then, I picked it up again this year. Submitting my claim with them was very easy and took a few minutes. It was very intuitive, simple, and user-friendly. On the drop-menu, I said what the problem was affecting. When the thermostat on the AC was not working, I had a representative on the line and she walked me through the steps to submit the claim online so it will be easier for me. It was super quick and easy to do so. Their website was great. The people that came to fix the AC were professional. I love them.
Very quick response, problem identified and resolved . Service tech was respectful, professional and very knowledgeable about the appliance. Quickly repaired and took the time to show me some operational features I wasn’t aware of.
While I had to have the same HVAC company back 2x, AHS called a new contractor and within 10 minutes of the appointment they had the solution and it’s been fixed ever since. Very polite and I’d definitely use them again if needed!
