This would be a 5 if AHS would allow clients the option of using their own contractors to provide the needed service and the cost for this protection is getting very high.
From the time I notified AHS that my AC wasn't cooling to the completion of the job. Everyone was very professional and the service I received was top notch.

Still not totally happy with how they determine what they cover once a job has been accepted
Recently they have been excellent and very responsive sending quality technicians, but previously it could be chaos contacting their customer service.
They get the job done In a timely matter the workers are very professional I understand your needs
