The repairman very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy with the overall experience. He was able to give me some really helpful tips about things I can do to keep my unit running efficiently and my home cooler.
The tech from Heros Plumbing Service worked on our refrigerator and the microwave. He came out immediately after I submitted the claim. He was very good and I am very happy that I have American Home Shield.
American Home Shield is very good. I had a great experience. Jungle Cat Heating and Cooling fixed a wire in the thermostat for the air conditioning and things are good now.
The plumber was able to fix the problem quickly. He cleaned up after himself and left the area clean. We were very satisfied with his work. We will use that company again if needed.
I saw American Home Shield on the TV and I called them. They told me what the rate was and I said that I could not afford that. They said, "All you have to do just pay $36 a month, we'll just do the $36 and you'll be fine." So, I could afford that. Our last claim was very difficult. I had a couple of reps who said they were gonna call me back and it took over a week for them to figure out why I was calling and getting somebody to me. They told me to wait 24 hours the first time I called. Damien Douglas came out and fixed the garage. The contractor and the work were good. American Home Shield has been good for the most part.
The air conditioning was not coming on, and it was not cooling. The AHS website is pretty easy to use. I submitted the claim and got the appointment online. I got an email from AHS then they called me to fix the time. Beaches Air Conditioning and Heating came out and the tech did a good service. He called up and told us the time that he will be coming. He gave me all the information.
Filed a claim online with AHS about my pool pump. Got a call about 2 hours later from a repair shop. Made an appointment for the following morning. Service guy was prompt, looked at pump. Replaced some small parts, tested it and was done. What a relief. We were very happy.
The H2O tech walked me through everything that he was doing. When I wasn’t available, my son was there and the tech talked with him on what he was doing. The tech also had his mask, gloves and shoe covers on. It was a very awesome service. I love American Home Shield. They do a wonderful job.
