Fast service, problem fixed with friendly service.
They tried to fix our refergerator with two different repairs. But that didn't work So then the process to replace it with a new one seem to take a little longer. But they offered several options to purchase a new one. That was nice.
Amazing customer service and peace of mind if anything goes wrong at home.
Prompt service, with great results. I've never been denied a claim in the 13 years I've been a customer. I have gotten replacements for the AC, furnace, range, dishwasher, garagedoor motor and belt, and a hot water heater. This doesn't include how much I've saved in repairs as well. The monthly price has gone up quite a bit over the years, but in the end you make a lot of your money back in the claims.
I've had AHS for at least 8 years and they have always treated me well.
I was disappointed with A1 Mitchell. They came out to my house and made a repair then a se dart leak in a valve stem appeared which they blames on me as the home owner. (I have video showing they were the only ones to touch the unit). Then AHS sent another company who was amazing. I would give them 10 stars if we could.
They have always been able to assign a company right away and have ensured the work gets done properly. Those companies have also always been very prompt and thorough with our issues.
The service once the call goes through is good but there are too many indirections to get the better response causes lot of churns to the consumer like me. I have decided to move on to other though I know there is no perfect home warranty company out there but time for me to explore other provider since I had a very rough experiences.
Great service. Enjoyed having my repairs done with minimal issues.
