I like the fact everytime I've used American Home Shield I've been completely satified with my end results. If I wasn't staified with a contarctors service the would send out another contractor at no additional cost. I've been with them for five years and plan to continue using them as my Home warranty provider.

The company chosen by American Home Shield to perform the work didn't seem to care about the timeframe for fixing the problem. Technician showed up a week later, only to have to order a part which will take another week to deliver
