The fast response of the closest repair service and then the contact of the service company that completed the repair was remarkable. Part was ordered and completed quickly.
I have been a subscriber to AHS for many years and have had numerous occasions to avail myself of their services. Ihave always found the contractors dispatched to resolve my problems to be prompt, respectful of my home, honest and trustworthy. I have experienced no issues. My only complaint with this past service call was the fact that after the problem with my air conditioning unit was fixed, it required 4 lbs. of freon at $185/lb. Had to replace an air conditioner coil in the last month. It cost me $2700 with coverage from AHS. The average price for a coil replacement is less than I paid in the open market. Hidden cost for permitting, new plenum (to bring unit to code, and Freon replacement.
Excellent service technician. Quick service. Great resolution. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fast response this time. And Northbay was good to work with.
Some major things are not covered, like my foundation, adding electrical circuits so the air conditioner and refrigerator can run at the same time, windows that are unable to open or close, etc

I just wish that ( in some cases) they send out contractors that have more experience. Overall, AHS is pretty good.

Pay your copays they take care of everything they've been unbelievable
There was a delay in the repair because part of the repair was denied at first, but was eventually approved.
