I dont mind the $100 dollar fee for repairman to make a service call , it seems like a fair price. The last three calls were good, technician explaining the problem & possible resolution. Each of them were professinal, respectful and friendly.

I like that you don't have to call anyone to get service for a problem. Everything is done on the computer. And service response is rather quick.
