The service from Street Plumbing & Rooter was good. Jim did an awesome job and the follow up is pretty cool. The communication was perfect. I like American Home Shield better than the other. Their deductible is higher but their monthly is lower.
Great experience, the contractor scheduled date and gave a window of when to expect the worker. They were actually ahead of schedule which was perfect. Showed us a part that needed to be replaced prior to replacing it. My husband was pleased.
I purchased a property and American Home Shield came with it. I’ve had a couple of contractors recently, like the one who did the icemaker on my refrigerator, and they were all fine. When we had a locksmith company come out, it was great
American Home Shield's website was very user-friendly. Any time we have a claim, the contractors always come out really quickly. All the service was good. Vail Heating & Cooling came out for our AC. It wasn't working. It was not blowing out hot or cold. It's been great since they came out.
I had a leak around my garbage disposal and I needed a plumber to come out. I called American Home Shield and spoke to a rep who provided excellent service. I was given an expectation as to when I would be contacted by their contractor Prime Plumbing Services. The tech from there was perfect. He was very clear about what he was doing and what he wanted me to try.
I filed a claim for the heating and everything from the contracting company through the website exceeded my expectations. They were great. The contractors were prompt as expected. They took care of the problem and I was very satisfied. Everything's been happening perfectly.
We bought our new refrigerator at the beginning of March and the icebox on the bottom where it crushes the ice was freezing underneath the tray. The Taylor Made Appliance technician came in. He was covered up--gloves on, booties on, mask on. My daughter has asthma, so I was very appreciative of that. He did his job and explained what he was doing. My washer was leaking water out underneath it. I submitted a claim online with AHS on a weekend and the techs from Sears came out on Tuesday. They were excellent and they repaired it on the same day. And it works great now. So far, I've only used AHS twice and they they've been very timely in both instances.
We had a leaky toilet and we called Home Shield on a Saturday. Three days later, Budget Rooter came out and the tech was great. It was the wax ring on the bottom and everything's fixed now. We carry three policies with Home Shield on our three properties and we’ve gotten great service 99% of the time. It depends on when the tech is available that they call, but they’re pretty responsive all in all.
