The service, when I need it is always scheduled quickly and performed promptly by professional tradesmen who do excellent work. I have had only 4-5 calls over a span of four years, most of them minor issues that just needed the professional touch to resolve. However, the price of the annual contract is spiraling out of control - up 72% over the four years that I have been a customer. I don't know if I can afford to renew this year.

Very easy to deal with. Prompt service. The service person who came out was very professional and knowledgeable about my dryer. I am extremely glad I decided to join AHS. Should have done it years ago.

My first two experiences were not favorable because of the time it took to make the repairs (5-6 years ago). Since that time the service has been exemplary.

This claim was easy and efficient. The last claim for the water heater was not and I still had to pay a considerable amount of the cost.
