Easy to navigate website and ability to request service online. The Dashboard said the service was completed before the repair was made though. The parts and labor were approved quickly. The service pro was polite, punctual, and knowledgeable. The coverage is very encompassing without a lot of nit-picky non-covered items. That which is not covered are reasonable. Electronics package as an add on is a great value.

We had our AC, master bedroom ceiling fan, dryer and AC thermostat go out all in one month..I called American Home Shield and repairmen were not only sent out in a timely manner but they were all on time. All of the men were very professional. Glad we have this protection for the past several years.
