AMF Mechanical came and evaluated the heater problem and resolved the problem within five days.

We called American Shield and sent a repair service ice out to fix washer and could be fixed so they bought us a new washer
Technician fixed our issue quickly and professionally
The service pro(Mt. Heating & Cooling) was informative and communicated well with use. Only things was it took six months and multiple appointments. (Too long for parts and approval.) Not sure if furnace totally fixed. Tech can't check unless it gets really cold again. When auxiliary heat comes on.
