Helpful call in people and easy to navigate website plus great coverage
So far so good with AHS and the contractors fulfilling my claims.
Overall a very satisfactory experience. Some of the phone reps are hard to understand. The service technician did not wear a mask but was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I submitted a claim for the washer machine and the refrigerator at the same time, and Sears Appliance had to come back out for both of those. The first time they came to fix the washer machine, they said it was due to a clutch issue. But it wouldn’t run through the cycles. It turned out to be something else. So they came back and fixed that. Then with the refrigerator, the reason the refrigerator’s side was icing up was because the seal was broken. We had to catch that and say it needed to be replaced. The customer service is great. They have been professional as well as efficient.
reliable, professional! I was very surprised that AHS was more concerned about my repair than I understood the issued was. I did not understand how serious my leaking water heater really was. I viewed my problem as a level 4 but AHS rightly understood I really has a level 10 emergency repair. AHS had the water heater replaced in less than 24 hrs.
