Hansen Mechanical was great. I put in a ticket with AHS and Hansen Mechanical had responded and set up an appointment within an hour. They were here right on time and had our issue fixed with one visit and it was done.
My very first claim with Home Shield got denied. It was a garage door opener issue and it was denied based on the fact that they said there was some power surge that damaged some electrical components within the garage door opener. It was the original garage door opener that was in the house when I bought it. And I don't remember any power surge issues. I was disappointed that that was the outcome of the very first claim. Great service, fast, professional, top quality techs.
Replaced the AC compressor but apparently didn't check for leaks when coolant was added. 2 days later, AC stopped cooling. Tech arrived next day, fixed the leak and replaced coolant. Didn't get charged for replacement coolant since I'd paid for the initial coolant on the previous visit. I would recommend ************* and American Home Shield to anyone and everyone! Fast, courteous service & they get the job done! Thank you!
