everything was taken care of. our tech was polite professional and worked rather quickly . got it done actually a couple hours before our service window.

They contacted a company and they came out the next day and serviced my air unit. He was very professional. American Home Shield has always provided excellent service companies.
Quick and competent. Even when unexpected issues were discovered they quickly found solutions and solved them. Even though one required a second visit due to out of date and obsolete components they returned within a week with a replacement.
First company they assigned Never contacted, I called them 4 times and left messages. Called AHS told them they assigned another that company responded the next day, tech was knowledgeable fixed very quickly.
Everyone seems to care about the concerns of clients and sends good companies to correct the problems.
