I’ve had AHS for a while now. It’s always easy for me to be able to go online and get the claim processed and not have to have too much delay. Recently, A-1 Quality Care came out for our AC. The guy seemed to know what he was doing. He got up there, checked it out, and he was able to tell me exactly what I assumed was going on. He verified that I was correct. I had American Home Shield on one of my other homes and I had a bad experience but I decided to give it a go again. It’s been almost a year and it’s been fine thus far. Atlas Residential came out to work on my washing machine.
American Home Shield is good all the time. My parents have been customers for a long time as well. It's super easy to make a request and in a couple of days, someone comes out. Everybody is working so good. One time, Air-One Mechanical came to work on my air conditioner. It's the fourth one I've had and neither one sucked.

I had some leaks and I called in a claim to American Home Shield. I paid the deductible and their contractor, Rapp’s Does It All came. They fixed things up under my sink. Everything has been fine for me with AHS.
