The first company that AHS sent for my microwave was horrible. The customer service was awful. But the people that came out this time was great. GM Appliance Service made a fix right away. For the same item, they had to order a part. They came out maybe a week and a half later to put the part on. I logged into my AHS account and did a claim with them. They gave me three options to choose from and I chose the one I wanted. Watertight Pool & Spa was assigned to me. That claim went well. Technicians came out early and fixed the issue. It was quick and easy.
