I submitted one claim for the dishwasher and another one for electric. The dishwasher was a mechanic issue. The dishwasher was not drying the dishes. The guy went and checked. It was missing some parts. But he got back to AHS and AHS called me and recommended to buy a new one. The other one was electric. The electric installation on my wall was not right for my dryer. I was out of town in Hobbs, New Mexico but I was on the phone with the contractors that American Home Shield sent out. Everything went good and they kept me informed of what was going on. They called me back and said we had a blockage in the main sewer line, and they repaired it the same day. Everything is working great right now. It’s just basic service that AHS covers but it has been good so far.

Our outdoor faucet had a crack in it. I submitted the request online and when it was time to chat, it said that there were so many people in the queue. Neal’s Plumbing was quick, professional and they got the job done. They installed a new pipe. They also let me know that they don’t do ceilings. That’s when American Home Shield will be in place to get somebody out to take care of that. The experience was a great, professional, to the point and there was no dilly-dally.
