I wrote a very negative review a couple of weeks ago that stated after being told to call an outside contractor for an emergency on a weekend and would be reimbursed, then I was told no I would not be reimbursed. However, after reading my review, I was contacted and will be reimbursed. I am very happy as I knew this was simply not fair. Thank you very much for making this right. I really appreciate it.

They were very easy to work with. I wasn't aware I even had it until my realtor told me though. I would have liked to get some information in the mail with what was all included in my warranty.

They are helpful and make getting house repairs completed without a lot of hassle
Homeshield has it's benefits but it can go either way depending on your needs. I have had multiple service calls to my house to find out that they don't always fix everything. In some occasions they have arrived knowing they can't fix my problem but still got my deductible for showing up.
