They have outstanding service and will service your products
Everything is fine with American Home Shield. I have been with them for about 25 years. Recently we submitted a claim and the technician from Beacon Hill Electric did everything he was supposed to do. He was able to resolve it with one try.
Our ice maker was not making ice. I submitted a claim to Home Shield and they sent AT Appliances to do service. Their tech came and fixed it. He was polite but he didn't say much of anything. He did say that if the ice maker has a problem, I should call back and AT Appliances would come back out to look at it again. The ice maker didn't work. It dropped seven pieces of ice then it stopped. I called AT again and said that I needed them to come back out. The rep there said that there was a recall on my ice maker and they have ... read more
I called in the claim and they gave me the date when the contractor would come and that they would contact me. The tech was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was excellent. The problem was fixed and they did a good job.

We've used Home Shield twice and when we request service, we do it over the phone. But they're very hard to reach on the phone and there's a long wait time. Other than that, we're happy with Home Shield. Recently, we had a leak under the two sinks. They sent B & L Plumbing and we really liked them. Their work was very good. We also told our daughter about AHS. She has a contract with them for a long time and she's happy with them, too.
Very responsible and have quick resolution
They have always been very quick when responding to my trouble calls
I had a leak in my master bedroom closet. The guys came out and did a bisection of the area but they did it neatly. They're probably one of the best plumbing teams that ever came my house before. If I could give them 20 stars, I would.AHS has certain people that can do certain things. The plumber can do plumbing but they can't do sheetrock. They probably could but they don't do that.
