My dryer wasn’t heating. I filed a claim over the phone. The only thing I had a problem with was they couldn’t understand what I was saying. They asked for the product and I said Amana and they kept coming back that they didn’t understand Amana so they just put in whatever they wanted. Other than that 1st Rate Appliance Repair was great.

I was able to change my contract to better suit my needs. Fortunately it was in the time period of my renewal but was not cancelled. I recommend that something be sent to clients annually to give them the option to assess their current contract to upgrade or even change to meet their needs.
Very quick and professional service. The technician was on time, went above and beyond fixing the water heater leak. He also vacuumed up the water that had leaked into the carpet in my son's room. Very happy with the repair!!

I had a refrigerator issue and AHS sent out their contractor Bill’s Appliance & Video to fix it. The techs came with the part needed and replaced the fan.
When my dryer was not heating, the contractor replaced a relay switch in the bath. However, the last time I called, I had two things on my order and the place that was called didn’t have both orders and I never got my leaky faucet fixed. The contractor said it wasn’t on there. After he left, I called AHS and they said it was there and that they would call me back. They kept promising me that they would call back and come back and do that, but they never did.
