Good customer service, coverage is really good, I have had this company for about 7 years now, very happy!!
When we first moved in, American Home Shield came out several times and every time they've come in, they've done very good service. Recently, the air conditioner wasn't working and I called in a claim. I paid the $75 upfront then the tech came out. I called on a Saturday and he came on a Tuesday. He was very nice and it took him not even 20 minutes to fix the air conditioner. He put in a part and since the repair, it's been working perfectly. I was very satisfied with my experience.
Great customer service, reliable, dependable, & trustworthy
I would go in the shower in the morning and not five minutes later, the water would turn cold. The heater would say 90 and I would turn it on and off and then jack the temperature up to 125, which is what it usually is at. I would go downstairs and wait a few minutes. I would get some hot water and I can finish showering. But my kids wouldn’t come here because they can’t even take a shower. My garbage disposal stopped working and I checked all the fuses and the electrical outlets. So I called Home Shield to have them come out and take a look at it. The contractor was able to resolve it within two minutes. The tech was very good. He was very courteous and well mannered. But when I had a call that I had tried to complete about eight months earlier, the contractor was really tardy.
