My oven wasn't going above 150 degrees. I logged into my account and filed a claim. Appliance Wizard called me a couple of hours later and set up a time. It was really quick and they came out two days later. The tech fixed it that day. He was great, really professional, and very knowledgeable and he gave some tips. Having coverage with Home Shield is easy and convenient. All I had to pay was the $100 deductible.

When I purchased my other house, and when I sold my other house, I was given a one-year warranty. The paddle on the icemaker was broken and the contractor couldn’t fix the problem. The refrigerator wasn’t staying cold enough and so, American Home Shield sent Sears to do it. The gentleman fixed it and everything’s working. Everything is staying cold and doing what it’s supposed to do. I’ve had AHS for two years and I like the service. They're very good at it.
