Fast Response came for an AC claim and they were great. I submitted the claim on the website. That way it's faster to get it done. Sometimes, I like to talk to someone, but online was fine.
I went to the American Home Shield website and submitted the claim. The time frame on getting a contractor out is usually about two or three days. This particular one, Texas Best Heating & Air, was real good. I was very satisfied. The unit was not cooling and it would freeze up but now everything works perfectly. The tech told me what he did, then gave us tips on how to better our electricity with this unit.
