We have a warranty primarily for major issues like HVAC and appliances. However, when we needed Freon, we had to pay an additional out-of-pocket expense. My father also has AHS and his heat pump needed replacing, but the warranty only covered 20% of replacement cost. For major repairs,there are too many out-of-pocket expenses on top of your $80 service charge
The service when you need a repair is the best. I give them three stars because when we moved to a new home, my old account was not closed, and when I called to ask them to close it, they did not. They told me that they would call me and did not.
