I like that AHS comes out right away and do the job right. When the arm inside the toilet broke, the contractor who came was very efficient and did everything right.
The AC wasn’t blowing cold air and it wasn’t going into a secondary mode. I called the claim in and Complete Comfort called me on the same day. I was very satisfied with them.
Turnkey Service came out for key changes and everything's working. Submitting the claim was very easy. The tech came out in two days. He was professional and easy to work with.
They were very thorough and had good customer service. They took their time to make sure they properly evaluated the issues. They also made some good suggestions for preventative measures.
I like American Home Shield. I was with them a little while before and last year, we re-signed again. So far, things have been good. Recently I had a plumbing issue and their contractor C Mayes Plumbing & Heating. The techs were professional and did a great job. They came in with masks which we put on and they went straight to work.
I requested online for my broken Toilet flush tank and kitchen sink faucet leak and within 2 days plumber came and order the parts and after they received the parts they replaced the faucet and put a new toilet with flush tank, The plumber made sure he treated our home like his own and kept everything cleaned before they left, I was pleased with the Professionalism of the service we received , Il recommend AHS to all my friends and family.
My swamp cooler was putting out air, but it wasn’t cold air. Gibson Air Conditioning and Heating fixed it. The tech did a fine job. I expected that it wasn’t a simple fix but it was just a minor problem in there. It was fixed. I think AHS is a little expensive. It seems that the original price that I got a few years ago when I first started was okay, but then it didn’t take long for the monthly price to go up, which didn’t make me really happy. Other than that, I don’t have any issues.
Everything went well. Sears came out and it didn’t take long. They fixed the problem in a timely manner so I was really satisfied with the service. The tech also explained what the issue was to me. He showed me the part that needed to be replaced and what was wrong with it. The coverage I got was good.
The emergency release valve was leaking. I thought it was on the hot water cylinder but it’s actually on the main water supply for the house. Within two days of filing the claim online the technician came. He was friendly and he explained things. He answered my questions and was able to repair it the same day.
