Anders Air Conditioning's tech showed up. He was efficient, got the job done and did it in a timely manner. Everything about that claim went very good.
I couldn’t get any hot water from my water heater and I called American Home Shield the next morning. They had somebody out there by the afternoon and got everything fixed. So, I’m very excited. The technician was great. He called me just to confirm and he also called when he was on his way. Everything worked out wonderfully. I’ve been with AHS close to a year and they are awesome. It was my first time using them and there was no waiting time.
I have been pleased with the reps of AHS when I've submitted claims over the phone. The guy that came out for our recent claim was fine. He went right to work and had us fixed up in no time and he was gone. We've enjoyed AHS.

I had a faulty ceiling fan and the tech worked for a little while on it, but he got it fixed. He was very professional and very friendly. He was very appropriate for this time. He was very nice. AHS has been very good this year, except when I had a refrigerator go out on April 6th. Today is May 6th and I still don’t have a new refrigerator.
