As soon as I placed a claim they took care of getting someone to my house. Much better than the service I received the last time I was a member.

Easy to work with, and most of the people have been very helpful with what I needed
From start to completion of the problem with my air conditioner the communication was very good from Home shield. They notified the local service company who reached out to me immediately. Luckily it was not a major issue. I'm not sure how much Home shield would have covered if I would have had to put new system in. I didn't bother to research that at the time.

Quick response in helping me with my problem. Appointment was with a qualified repair man who arrived promptly at the appointed time, who was friendly and explained what the problem was and that he would be able to fix it.
