The first contractor they sent out diagnosed my ac wrong, I had my insurance company come out & they diagnosed it correctly. I called Am Home Shield & told them. They sent another contractor out & they diagnosed it correctly. They installed a new ac & furnace. The new contractors were very professional, knowledgeable & friendly. The first contractor was not very knowledgeable or professional.
Excellent on every way including trustworthiness, customer service, and well trained technicians at a very reasonable cost
