American Home Shield normally sends Bard’s and that plumber doesn’t do me any good. I have not had a good experience with them. I had a good experience with Hers & His though and I wanted them back when I had a leak under the sink. I made a request online then I called because I wanted to get them and not the plumber that they used to send. The guy from Hers & His Plumbing came and he was very thorough. He did a good job.
My air conditioner is old and rusty. When it was leaking, I submitted a claim with AHS and the tech that they sent out was fantastic. He was also very professional and very informative.
I just started with American Home Shield about two months ago and I’m pleased with their service so far. I was very happy with the technician from Secure Home Locksmiths. He explained to me what was wrong with one of my locks and he fixed it so that it still works. It is working now. He did an excellent job changing them and now, all of my keys are working great. So, I give him high praises.
The young man who worked on my dishwasher did an excellent job. He replaced something underneath the bottom and it did leak out soap for the first couple of times and there was a burning smell. But since then, it has been working just fine. So, that’s good but he replaced the icemaker and it still did not generate any ice at all. All Hours Emergency Plumbing came out. I knew they have a timeframe between 12:00 to 5:00, but I was under the impression that the guy was gonna come out at 11:00, from the dispatch people. Apparently, they weren't coordinating with this so he didn't come out till about 4:30. It was okay, but they shouldn't have let me wait at home. I had to do some things that were very important like doctor's appointments and a few other stuff, and I couldn't do 'cause I was tied up. We had an issue with our AC unit and when we submitted a claim with American Home Shield, they sent out a tech from Air Design AC & Heating. Everything went fine and I didn't have any problem. It also didn't take them long to fix the issue.
A family member used American Home Shield, so it was recommended when I was looking for a home warranty. The service for our last claim was great. I filed it online and it was very easy for me.
Lasseigne’s Heating & Air Conditioning came out because my air conditioner was not getting cold. When he came out, he went to the unit outside. He checked it and then he came to me. He explained it. He told me that it was part of the compressor, and showed me the piece that was bad. And then he had replaced it and it started getting cold. It took him less than five minutes to fix the problem. AHS has been fantastic. Submitting my plumbing claim was easy. I called in on a Friday and the contractor was here on Monday. They needed to fix a leaky shower mouth and now, everything has been working great.
