I feel they are a great company, when I needed them to help me contact a provider they responded but the provider didn't so I was without heat and hot water for 6 days.
I go online when I submit claims and click what's wrong. Then, Home Shield assigns a repair person or company. Submitting claims is pretty easy. I had a claim when the element in my stove went out. The guy from Rocker Repair was pretty efficient. He came in, fixed the problem, and he was gone in 30 minutes.
Great and quick service. I like that this insurance can be used for multiple appliances.
The website is a bit annoying because it makes me select what is not applicable for what I needed. The first screen is the one that says the AC or furnace. But other than that, it’s easy to use. I’ve had problems in the past where they weren’t so much, but Outlaws Heating & Air was really responsive. They immediately booked me the next day, so they’ve been really on top of it.
