They have saved me a lot of money over the last 10+ years, but sometimes they are a little slow getting someone here and the problem solved. They last issue was very quick.

I have had many experiences with American Home Shield. Sometimes it works well and a lot of times it doesn’t. It can be very difficult to get a representative and when you do often times they do not understand what the issue is. When I ask to speak to someone else they say they can’t I spend 20 minutes trying to get someone to understand me.
