American Home Shield sent a qualifieded vendor in less than 24 hours. They assessed our hot water heater, and we had a new one installed within 48 hours at nominal cost. We are very satisfied with the service. They couldn’t have done much better.
Recently I ordered a follow up service for my gas furnace. Since it had been a short time since the last service and it involved the same problem, the service fee was automatically waived, all done online.

The experience with an order I had was mixed. I had some great customer service but then I also had one employee hang up on me. So I’m not entirely sold on keeping this warranty. I’m just giving it some more time to see how it goes on my next servicing.
