Wonderful experience. I needed my ac unit serviced. Made the appointment about 8:30 pm. The next morning the ac company called to schedule the appointment for the next day! I had to put it off one day due to a previous commitment. The next day, right on time, my tech showed up and had me up and running within an hour. This was my first experience with a home warranty company and I couldn't be happier! Thank you!
Appliance First did an excellent job of communication with me and installing my new cooktop that had to be replaced. I was not happy when i received a message that American Home shield could not find an installer and I would have to find one on my own. Appliance First was assigned to my job after I first reported my cooktop shorted out. I had to spend two hours with different people on the phone trying to get a dispatch work order assigned to have him install the cooktop.
