American Home Shield recently put me win touch with an effective A/C service company after my A/C unit stopped working - we later found out due to a clogged drain line, which the service company's technician fully corrected within an hour, giving us relief after several days' "down time". Some agents are not professional and not helpful. They are almost disrespectful. However, some are extremely helpful. It is hit or miss service. One year ago, I tried to cancel the service due to extremely unprofessional and disrespectful experiences with agents and vendor, but were convinced with an extremely helpful agent. I used AHS again lately, and I experienced a same thing. Helpful and extremely genuine agent and lying and disrespectful agent. I am considering to cancel the service.

I had multiple appliances with problem. They were all diagnose as unable to repair. All of my appliances were replaced. One of the item was not available in the shopping site, so I was offered a cash out option. I shop outside and found an appliance of my liking. I sent all of the supporting documents of the cost to AHS. I received a check reimbursement g to for the money that I spent purchasing my appliance. Very happy with how’s my case was handle.
