Did not pay for a new garage door opener citing inside was dirty. The technician assigned to the job told me when he plugged it back in it started smoking. I didn’t smell any smoke. I lined up the door sensors and it’s been fine since.

American Home Shield recently put me win touch with an effective A/C service company after my A/C unit stopped working - we later found out due to a clogged drain line, which the service company's technician fully corrected within an hour, giving us relief after several days' "down time".
