When I call AMS they are very helpful quick to respond to my emails and quick to resolve the problems we might have. The contractors they hire are good people friendly and knowledgeable.

We reported our dishwasher not working properly and a repair team contacted us for an appointment right away. Parts were needed and had to be ordered but were installed in a timely manner. The one-time fee is all it cost, and our dishwasher is running again. Very pleased with this service.
