I’ve had ups and downs with American home shield over the years at both my home and rental property, but based on my recent experiences, this company has taken a turn for the better and continues to improve its customer service. I was thinking of trying out a new company and then couldn’t because overall, AHS has been good to me and I as more reliable than the other company I tried. Geoffrey was great. The first plumbing company you sent a few weeks ago was horrible. They charged us $1.800 to cut out a piece of leaking pipe. I had contact with another plumber here in Brevard cty and they would have charged $600. Geoffrey said $800. I do not want to see that plumber from Orange cty again. It would be nice if you could get a contract with a plumber here in Brevard cty.
