Very average company who more tries to duct tape any appliance rather than replace. No matter the issue with fridge, HVAC or ice machine, they are going to go out of their way to have 3 or more visits (and charge you for them) before replacing with new.

Some of the contractors that are connected with the company are horrible. I had a horrible experience trying to get my dryer fix and felt like American home shield did nothing to make the experience better
