I like the resolution I got from the person who came to fix the problem. Also, he fixed everything the same day. What I didn’t like is I had to wait too long. I called on a Friday and didn’t get the person to fix the problem until Thursday of next week.

It took a couple of weeks for the repair to come but it wasn't AHS fault the company had a shortage of workers
