You seem to get push back on valid claims or you get service techs that charge 2 to 3 times the standard price. Becuase i ont have the time or access to do most of this myself i have to use something in the meantime. Im not sure how long. The customer service at AHS is good. That is a shining star, but what you get afterwards is questionable.

Immediate assignment of a qualified contractor. Website is good but usually can also speak with a representative within a very short wait. Uses very qualified contractors who are very responsive to requests for service.
