I think the warranty is wonderful, it has been helpful since my husband cannot physically do some of the work anymore. The only complaint I have is when I call I usually get someone who I cannot understand them speak. By the time I'm done I am wore out and not sure whether I got things taken care of.

Dave arrived on time and with the right equipment to inspect my AC unit. First time i've ever had AC and home inspector recommended to have it looked at. Fortunately, nothing wrong, no noises or squeals, but he explained for future purpose the motor and pulleys.
