My experience with this company has been better than I had with a couple of other companies providing similar services. AHS has a good system and provide their customers with a good value for their money. They also are polite and i did not find any discrimination which i can easily tell when its occurring even if it is subtle. The best thing i like about AHS is that they give their customers cash out options or upgrade options on the appliances that are being changed. Some other companies do not allow this which sucks.
Clearly customer oriented, professional, courteous, and very quick to respond to my needs.
Workers came on time and corrected the problem
I like the resolution I got from the person who came to fix the problem. Also, he fixed everything the same day. What I didn’t like is I had to wait too long. I called on a Friday and didn’t get the person to fix the problem until Thursday of next week.
I love the ease of accessing services on the web. I love the value of the coverage. I also love the home maintenance tips.
