The only down side is the repair and parts take several weeks to complete but that’s part of our todays problems since Covid19’

American Home Shield set an excellent company employee to take care of my three problems. Two out of the three need to be replaced and they are working on them quickly. Carlos’s service was very courteous and professional. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and needed to be repaired or replaced.
