American Home Shield set an excellent company employee to take care of my three problems. Two out of the three need to be replaced and they are working on them quickly. Carlos’s service was very courteous and professional. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and needed to be repaired or replaced. I would recommend Carlos to anyone who needs his service!

My experience with this company has been better than I had with a couple of other companies providing similar services. AHS has a good system and provide their customers with a good value for their money. They also are polite and i did not find any discrimination which i can easily tell when its occurring even if it is subtle. The best thing i like about AHS is that they give their customers cash out options or upgrade options on the appliances that are being changed. Some other companies do not allow this which sucks.

I like the resolution I got from the person who came to fix the problem. Also, he fixed everything the same day. What I didn’t like is I had to wait too long. I called on a Friday and didn’t get the person to fix the problem until Thursday of next week.
