American Homeshield is great if all you need is to have something simple repaired. However, if you have something difficult or you require a replacement, you will have to wait at least 30 days for any resolution of a broken appliance issue. In addition, no one will automatically contact you to schedule replacement or to discuss the options for resolution... you have to repeated contact them for status updates and to obtain a replacement. This is very frustrating to do especially when you have to go without a major appliance ... read more
