Amazing service. I expected it to take a long time for someone to come out, but they came after one business day. The motor went out on my ac unit. I am certain we saved money. The technician sweated a lot and got the job done. Very thankful!
Got someone out to take care of problem quickly
Policy was paid for by the seller of the house. But I picked the company and have been satisfied with what they provide. It was easy transition and they were available immediately after closing if I needed.
I am disappointed that AHS is allowing the plumbing contractor to add excessive costs to the replacement of my water heater. $765 in my costs including up charges on city permit and $90 for foam insulation. This is a $1.78 foam piece that can be cut and installed in less than 2-3 minutes. Overall I like AHS but would like that AHS works on behalf of their customers to control the pricing of a repair like this. AHS has the line prices. Customers are held hostage when in need of hot water for washing and cleaning.

Good Company, provides good service and the ladies that takes the calls from companies are always so helpful.
Customer support is not knowledgeable enough to handle some service requests. Have to talk to multiple people to get the request taken care of.
Although I wasn't able to get an appointment to fix my refrigerator earlier than a week, the technician who visited my home was timely and very professional. The mechanical issue was resolved quickly.
