It great to know that when you call on American Home Shield, your service demands will more than likely be met. Very efficient, timely and the customer service is excellent. For the one claim that I have made, I was very satisfied with the company that they chose to satisfy my home needs.
Our old washer started acting up and jammed the door; AHS sent a technician that was supposed to come 1 week later, but they cancelled because the technician got sick. I called AHS and they quickly resolved the issue and send another technician two days later. The technician diagnosed the issued, but recommended replacing the washer. We went and purchased a new washer and AHS reimbursed us for a large portion of the cost of the machine.
Mark was timely and did a superb job, very satisified.

Overall experience to include the service tech was excellent.
They helped me in covering my roof leaks and I consider them the best with their clean job and they repair things neatly . They worth it because I love their service
