Called on issues with washer and dryer. Service tech was promptly sent out. He identified the problem. Hw had to order 4 parts whicj AHS approved. Problem was in obtaining the parts. I guess one part in particular was hard to find. So it tool almost a month to get a working washer abd dryer. Other than the delay everything went well and I am happy.
I emailed my needs, and a contractor was immediately assigned. The Contractor contacted me the same day, came out the next day and solved my problem professionally, timely but also friendly. Keep up the good work!
