I liked that when I called the company and after making an appointment for service, a live representative responded! Since I was having a huge problem with my A/C unit, a technician was dispatched almost immediately. I liked that the customer service representative was courteous and professional and catered to the customer's needs.

the original contractor did not repair correctly so I requested a refund of my fee which was done and scheduled another repair, done by Sears which found the part needed to be replaced.
