I had one service call for my AC that resulted in three visits by the service provider American AC/Heating: one to diagnose a problem with my thermostat and, since the technician didn't have one with him and a second to replace the thermostat. Less than 48 hours later, I still had issues with my unit. A second technician came out for a third visit and was able to quickly diagnose and fix a contact switch on the outside unit.
