AHS gets a contractor out to assess the problem and (hopefully) fix the problem in the matter of a few days. That saves the homeowner from looking for a contractor, their references and bargaining their costs.

As far as appliances, it's been very good not so much with plumbing issues though

It really depends on how they send. I've had five star experiences as well as one star experiences.
