Always great service. Fixes the issue. Timely
Very Professional. Had A/C compressor fan motor die. Tech ordered new. Replaced it in 15 minutes. Highly recommend going with American Home Shield. A+
The service was great it took a while to get the part it’s working great
Their website for making payments and requesting service is great. They will service small issues quite quickly and will likely pay your claim when it's a smaller cost. If you have anything larger that is higher cost, they will find any way possible to get out of paying that item and tends to take longer to get serviced. If you have something like an Air Conditioning issue it will take 4-8 days for someone to get out to take a look at it. My problem was resolved quickly. Within a couple of day I had my new refrigerator. The choices were great too.
Too expensive and not everything is fixed in a timely manner nor do they always agree to fix items
Called in to report issue. Service company was here next business day. Had to order parts and return. Completely finished within the week.
The service repair guy Steve was very knowledgeable and he was able to resolve the issues immediately the parts arrived. Very courteous and he explained the whole process and was on time too. Overall service from the insurance/ coverage was impressive
I Like the ease of Svc call scheduling. Svc companies have been pretty good. I do not like the selectivity of what is and what is not uproot and or covered. The more expensive the repair or replacement the less likely. Obviously you are going to be granted coverage. Doesn’t seem exactly non-biased.
