They respond on a timely manner and take care of the problem.
I like American Homeshield it provided less stress about my appliance’s breaking down and not having money for repairs. What I dislike is how my cost each year has so drastically increases.
Most service requests have been handled expeditiously, however one call for an electrician that was not! After several calls for service, I cancelled the request and had to fend for myself. Not a good thing!
I have had two claims which were both handled quickly and effectively.
I thought the item was to be 100% covered not just over 50%. The service was great.
Very responsive to requests for service. So far all the companies I have worked with have been helpful and solved my issues.
When I had to use an out of network HVAC tech there was no easy way to get reimbursed for the amount it cost over the $125 standard fee and I finally gave up. When I used their authorized techs it was a much better experience.
I had four appliances that needed to be looked at. AHS was responsive, all were professional and personable.
Fast service and job well done to find the issue and to fixed the dryer.
